What a great week!

Mathew was one of the riders going to Tinamba today. He was determined to ride there and back. However, even if it was a little painful at times, he persisted and made it back, with a little smile on his face. Well done! You are very inspiring Mat!

Bike Education

Today was the last session of Bike Ed with the traditional ride outside of school. The grade 4s went to Tinamba and back, soldiering on in the wind. They joined grade 3 students at the park for a sausage sizzle for lunch.

Thank you to all the helpers who spent afternoons at school guiding our students with the Bike Ed Program, to the ones who bravely rode today and more who cooked the sausages at the park. I have missed a couple of helpers and did not get to take photos of them but I will find a way!!

MATHS

Our grade Prep today were using Unifix to measure their height! The conversation was very insightful on how they compare each other’s height and Miss Holt’s questioning prompted their thinking too.
