Minutes of last meeting ( Thursday 24th March)

• Need to remind all parents about Bulbs’ order ending on 4th April.

• Mothers and Others’ day stall. All gifts have been purchased and we will be ready for the stall, which will be the week after returning to school in Term 2. We will need a roster for helpers.

• Easter Raffle : Raffle tickets have gone out to families. Donations are still being brought to the office, which is great but we will need to make hampers by Monday 4th April to draw the prizes out.

• Lunch orders: It has started again and is working really well. Still waiting to have the menu from Stoddies. Will need a reminder that lunch orders for last week is on Thursday and anything can be ordered from the shops.

• Newsletter: Vel would like to find out who does not receive the email. Maybe guide parents to click on Subscribe when they follow the link from Facebook.
